• Hourly: $165
• Daily: $500 Mon - Thur, $650 Fri - Sun
• Weekend 2 Days Sat & Sun: $1,090
• 3 Days: $1,250
• Week: $2,500

Three-hour minimum for hourly rentals. $100 damage deposit due prior to use. Long – term rates available upon request.

Facility use fees support preservation of this historic building.
