Who will serve the best taco in Billings? You be the judge. Everyone who attends will receive a chip to vote for your favorite taco. Judge's Choice will be announced at 2pm. People's Choice will be announced at 4:30pm.

PRICING

$40 GENERAL ADMISSION * $35 if purchased before April 15 ($45 at the Door)

Each general admission includes 7 taste tickets each good for 1 item (Taco or Marg). Additional tickets available for purchase for $4 each or 10 for $35

$85 VIP ACCESS & 1909 SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP * $80 if purchased before April 15 ($90 at the Door)

This VIP ticket gets you in early so you can get your first tastes before the crowd! It includes 7 sampling tickets and a membership to the Depot's 1909 Society.

VIP benefits include:

  • Private admission beginning at 12:30pm
  • Receive a special 1909 Society event pack including a special event cup
  • VIP access to a private Tequila Dome with special tequila tastings
  • Ability to upgrade 1 general admission guest to VIP for this event. Your guest must arrive with you to access VIP benefits. 
  • 1909 Society member perks at all 2024 Depot events

$200 VIP SEASON PASS

This VIP ticket gets you in to ALL Depot & Magic City's Best food competition for the entire year. This ticket is good for ONLY the purchaser and cannot be used to upgrade other guests. 

VIP benefits include:

  • Private admission beginning at 12:30pm
  • Receive a special event cup
  • VIP access to a private Tequila Dome with special tequila tastings
  • VIP access for 1 at all other food competitions at the Depot in 2024

EXTRAS

$500 PARTY IN THE POST

For $500, you and up to 50 friends will have your own space for the event with indoor and outdoor seating and your own private bathroom. Guests will still need to purchase admission tickets to the event. $500 includes:

  • Tables, chairs and linens for up to 50 guests
  • Our event coordinator will work with you to design the floorplan for tables and chairs
  • Private use of The Post and courtyard from 1pm to 5pm
  • Ability to decorate the space
  • 4 VIP tickets to Tacos & Tequila 2024 * all other guests much purchase admission tickets for the event

Preorder your additional taste tickets online and they'll be waiting for you at the door when you arrive. Purchase single tickets for $4 each or a bundle of 10 for $35.

T&T FAQS:

1. Guided or Free Flowing? This is a free flowing event with lots of restaurants and food trucks serving delicious tacos & drinks.

2. Do I have to go to all the stops? No! We'll share the restaurants and drink specials in advance so you can pick which ones you want to try.

3. Is this event 21+? Yes.

4 . Weather: The event will be held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind or rain. Dress accordingly.

5. Smoking: NO smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.) is allowed on the grounds with the exception of the Smoking Area.

6. No outside food or beverages will be allowed.

7. Patrons feeling sick, having symptoms of COVID-19, having been in contact with person(s)who have COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19, are in quarantine for anything in relation to COVID-19 should not attend.

Refunds are not available for this event.
