The Main Depot

For corporate holiday parties and large celebrations (up to 300 guests)

The crown jewel of downtown Billings is ready for your celebration. Our Event Team helps you coordinate the details so your event runs flawlessly and you can enjoy the event as much as your guests. One month out, your event manager confirms every detail. One week out, your dedicated event staff introduces themselves and finalizes timelines. On the night, they manage everything seamlessly behind the scenes. No stress. Just celebration.

Included: Full catering kitchen, ADA compliant loading zone, private parking, sound system with wireless mics, tables and chairs set to your design, and specialty lighting to set the mood. 

The Post

For medium sized gatherings (up to 150 guests)

Historic charm without the headaches. Host your family brunch, your team gathering, your intimate celebration and walk away without lifting a finger. We set up the space exactly how you envision it, you create the memories, and we handle the teardown. It's that simple.

Included: Tables and chairs, setup and teardown.

The Caboose

For intimate celebrations (up to 8 guests)

This is the first year The Caboose is available for holiday celebrations! If you're looking for something intimate, something historic, something your guests will still be talking about for a long time after, this is it. Or maybe you're looking for a unique place to propose. This space is something truly special. The Caboose is a beautifully restored rail car perfect for a private holiday dinner, a family gathering, or a moment that deserves its own story.
