Equipment Provided

For any event, the Depot provides tables and chairs adequate for each space. The tables available include 60-inch diameter round tables, 8-foot banquet tables, 6-foot banquet tables and 4-foot rectangular tables. The chairs are stackable metal frame chairs with padded seat and back cushion. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.

The Depot has a flip chart easel (not including the flip chart pages), a portable white board and a portable podium. All of these items are provided at no charge.

Equipment Available for Additional Fees

The Passenger Station has a “built in” Bose sound system with microphones (cordless, corded and lavaliere), a CD player (with 1/8 inch input ports for iPod or computer audio) and microphone stands.

The Baggage Room has a portable Fender audio system on a cart. The system has 2 speakers, on stands, one microphone and auxiliary inputs for CD player, computer, iPod, etc.

The Depot has a projection screen (5’ x 6 ½’) and 2 portable bars for serving beverages.

The Depot also has stage units that can be used as a platform (8” legs) or a performance stage (24” legs). There are 6 units (each a 4’ x 8’ panel) that can be clipped together in different sized arrangements. Steps are available when the 24” legs are used.

Wireless Internet Service
The Billings Depot offers free wireless Internet access to our clients.
  • Wireless access is available in our entire building.
  • Our router will only support types B & G network modes.
  • We broadcast our service on a channel 6 frequency of 2.437 GHz.
  • We do protect our connection with a WPA password.
